All our items are checked and visually inspected before packaging, so if the item you ordered is damaged anyway in transit please email us at
info@oaklandgardens.co.uk so we can make a claim on your behalf.

We are very sorry but at the moment we do not post outside of the UK.
PLEASE NOTE due to a change in courier for our goods we NO LONGER post to the Channel Islands, this is something we are trying to resolved and we apologise in the meantime for any inconvenience caused.
Any orders to the Channel Islands will be cancelled and refunded.
Postal Insurance is included at no extra cost.
We are V.A.T registered and V.A.T is included in our price.
